I hereby agree to SolBolCo Wellness terms and policies and consent myself/my child or dependant name to participate in wellness session that involves  structure sports and physical activities adhering to good practice without prejudice and biases. I am aware  the function is mainly for development, encouragement and promoting healthy lifestyle via interactive sports activities .Membership subscription is paid as agreed.
